RESERVATION NOTICE
  • Weekdays: Monday to Thursday; Special days: Friday and the night before holidays;Holidays: Saturday or consecutive holidays.
    •New years and Spring Festival are special holidays, please refer to announcements for related information and quote.
    •For contract and group quotes, Friday and Sunday are priced as weekdays.
  • The hotel has the right to define weekdays and holidays.
  • The hotel provides additional guest/bedding service: NT400 per additional guest (at most 1 additional guest); NT600 per additional bed (at most 1 additional bed)
    •The hotel provides short rest service; available hours are from 08:00 to 02:00; the rest time is 2 hours.
  • Check-in time is after 15:00, if the guest has any special conditions, check-in time can be pushed to 12:00 after consent from the hotel supervisor.

  • Check-out time is before noon 11:00, the overtime fee will be charged past 11:00 at NT200/1h.

  • If the check-in time is after midnight 00:00, the accommodation time is 12 hours. (Check-out time is noon 11:00 for reservations)
  • Hotel is non-smoking
RESERVATION CANCELATION
The deposit charge of Online reservation is "30% of the total amount of the order" according to "The Standard Contract" issued by the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan. And the cancellation rate for deductions according to the regulation is as follows:
  • If you cancel a reservation at check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 100% of prepaid amount of your booking.
  • If you cancel a reservation within 1 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 80% of prepaid amount of your booking.
  • If you cancel a reservation within 2-3 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 70% of prepaid amount of your booking.
  • If you cancel a reservation within 4-6 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 60% of prepaid amount of your booking.
  • If you cancel a reservation within 7-9 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 50% of prepaid amount of your booking.
  • If you cancel a reservation within 10-13 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 30% of prepaid amount of your booking.
  • If you cancel a reservation within 14 days ( including 14 ) from check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 0% of prepaid amount of your booking.
